Evaluation:
My final project is entitled ‘It’s just your body I’m stealing’ this is a movie trailer with the concept of it being a feature length film. Instead of recording three minutes of a portion of the feature length film I decided to make a trailer based on two scenes mashed together, the concept for the film is a zombie out break which is presented in a ‘Found Footage’ Style with elements of Mockumentary and black comedy, the elements are prevalent in my trailer as the interview style segment is highly comedic as well as my zombie classroom scene, as I feature the typical zombies to re-enforce the comedic feature. As mentioned above the zombie class room scene is recorded Handy Cam style which for me personally was made easier and free up a lot of filming restraints as I could have filmed it with a tripod and dolly but I decided to just hold the cam t hold a realistic feel to it. One difficulty I had was time constraints in filming and one seen that I had always intended to film didn’t call through all though I will say that personally I felt that the inclusion of the scene would have ultimately ruined my piece, but not just that I feel that I would have had difficulty filming as running with the cam wouldn’t have been efficient due to the fact of, there was a lot of health and safety risks furthermore location is an important part and filming in the college stairs cases would have proved disruptive to students on other floors doing there work and also the use of the stairs. I tried to choose another location but this failed because the only other stairs that I could have easy access to use would be my hostel but due to the health and safety guidelines there I was not allowed to film there so in the end I decided to drop the scene to elaborate further I now feel though that dropping the scene wasn’t a wise decision as I have a trailer of 2 minutes but not much going on, as it cuts between two scene so I feel that I could have included a wider variety to make it appear a trailer rather than a mash of two clips. I am quiet proud of my finished product other than the fact of the two scene, I feel that my editing was done rather well, as I was playing around with the sound level and made Nik’s zombie more deeper and scary yet you could see that there is some form of comedic aspect within the project. To conclude I feel that this project went well, I just think that I shouldn’t have chosen to produce something that could be considered rather ambitious.

Production Diary
Friday 28th May-
Today i started composing my script, whilst finishing off my Treatment, Risk assessment and storyboard. As Nik is a character within my production he is the only other character with scripted line so i decided that it would be important for him to come up with his lines. I shall leave my script open to improvisation for any actors who would like to change there lines furthermore i need to finish the storyboard
Tuesday 8th June-
Today i began planning when i start filming, my goal is to begin by the end of the week as my trailer will need to be edited heavily but before that i need to decide who are going to play the roles in my production, currently there are spaces needed to be filled because Nik has a role within my production.
Tuesday 16th June-
Today it was decided between me and Nik that we shall Begin filming on Friday 18Th June, today i been going through making sure i understand the direction of my work and making any necessary changes if i see flaws within the work
Friday 18th June-
Today filming began, me an Nik filmed his scene as the rock star, we shot multiple interviews with the same question's but with different answers so i could mix and match and generate the perfect interview
Wednesday 13th June-
Today i filmed the rest of my footage, due to time restraints and filming restraints i have decided to take out one scene from my production, to have two scene to develop a teaser trailer, this filming went rather well with only a few hiccups such as people walking in during filming and asking questions
Friday 2nd July-
All i did was loaded up my footage to begin editing
Tuesday 6th July-
i started editing all my shots, i have developed the trailer it totals 2 minutes 57 seconds so i am glad that i decided to remove that scene as i would have to cut out a lot of my work which would have meant wasted time filming, i managed to finish editing with only one hour.
